2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Though sadly lacking in any sort of distiguishing positive charactoristics. This beer does have some redeeming features, most prominant being itís success being so bland as to not be offensive in flavor to anyone, like a saltine cracker. As such it is a bit of a star when put up against itís macrobeer peers, and offerís an OK choice that is very widely availible. I should also note that i had a pleasant working experience with the Molson promoters when they supplied the beer for a concert earlier this spring.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
UPDATED: MAY 27, 2013 Has a good distinct taste that is not too strong and not too light. Never skunky. Has been known to give me gas the next day, though. A perfect beer for any occasion.(7/4/7/3/13)~~~~~~Re-Rate~~~~~~Ar has some corny DMS and some cereal maltiness. Not much else. Fair enough aroma. Transparent golden body with a small whitish head. Starts a little carbonated before a little sweet biscuity maltiness and light milkiness takes over. Finishes with light metallic hops. Not entirely terrible.

Not bad. I like the old look to the bottles better than the new. I donít drink it often because Iím constantly drinking Labatt, but this is good juice.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: AUG 10, 2005 Can. Malty aroma. Yellow color, white head, good lace. Light sweet, malty, lightly hopped, right balance for the style between flavor and refreshing. Medium body and maybe even a little sticky. Not bad for a lager and certainly not for a nationwide beer to be proud off (itís called Canadian isnít it).

UPDATED: APR 1, 2005 Has some unidentifiable flavor that doesnít sit well, although has some refreshing characteristics. When they turn this into ice beer, the aftertaste gets magnified by 100. A few of my friends swear this is better than Labatt Blue. Thatís sort of a stretch there.

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2003 I guess this is Canada's answer to Budweiser, well it shows, it's just as yellow, fizzy, bland & watery like it's American counterpart
