2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Better than I expected, still not a great beer. A bit of a bitter after taste makes for a less enjoyable drink.

Top 10 beer for me. A solid selection you can go wrong with. Being a canadian gotta go with it at times. Was my beer of choice in 4th year of university.. Very nice colour, and aroma. Good beer for chicken wings at Champs... :)

O.K. Being a beer fan, itís nice to know what to buy when you canít get to a store with a lot of variety. This one is it for me. Sure, itís macro, but itís got a little more character than your typical lager aka Budweiser & Miller. I sometimes even drink it out of the can!!

Better than the Molson Golden, but still a typical brew from a Canadian macrobrewery.

It was my first beer I ever had, and it was at a rink. It turned me away from beer for a long time. Its basically alchohol and water. :( There are so many better alternatives.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Standard Canadian macro-brew. Probably the best out of all the Canadian majors. Better than Labattís Blue, thatís for sure.

A solid beer. You cant always find it in regular stores but if you can its worth a shot
go for it you might be surprised

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: JAN 14, 2004 Mediocre mass market brew. Slightly more complexity than Bud or Coors, but still without any substantial flavor and an aftertaste that comes out all wrong. How people get fooled into thinking it's 'great Canadian beer' is anyone's guess. Canadian mid-size breweries and micros are far superior.

24 oz can: The fact that this beer is rated a 2.6 is disturbing. It is marginally better than USA macros. I remember that when I started drinking Molson, Becks, etc. instead of Budcoormillers I thought it was great and that I was a real beer snob. Little did I know it was more like trading in a tricycle for a bicycle with training wheels.
