Decent, but not the best Canadian lager. It kind of smells and tastes cheap, but overall only slightly below average.

POurs hay yellow with a malty sweet aroma and a up from malt flavor on the mputhfeel. The finish gives a little light crispness to offset the malt notes.

UPDATED: DEC 5, 2009 473ml can poured into pint glass. Poured a clear yellow with a deceiving big bubbly white head that didn’t last long. Little lacing. Aroma is mild with light sweetness and some grassiness. Tastes of light sweetness and some slightly off putting bitterness. Average carbonation. Feels a bit watery. Just average. Not offensive but doesn’t stand out either. This is just your typical macro brewed beer.

Canadian Coors is worse than the American version. This is pretty typical of a Coors product, so I’m sure there weren’t a lot of problems when the companies merged.

Oh boy, you better watch out for this one. You better get it fresh or on tap, or it’s skunk city.

Slightly worse than Blue, IMO. Had this many times in many different forms. Similar to Labatt’s, there’s not much flavor here. Watery, no hop flavor, no texture. It can be quite refreshing on a summer day though..

UPDATED: NOV 5, 2009 it’s tolerable when you need it to be largely because it’s fairly inoffensive. It’s not good, and it is quite bad, but if you’re drinking it in the first place the selection is probably not great. In such circumstances it can serve as a nice refreshment. You know, like a cola.
