The aroma is sweet, fruity, perfumated, The color is very light yellow and it has a fine head. The beginning is dry and the flavor is slightly sweet and slightly sour It ends on a light bitterness.

The favorite of Canadian alcoholics since 1854. No aroma to speak. Pours with a thin head and leaves no lacing. Taste is of gravel and steel. Has a slight aftertaste that resembles kissing asphalt. Wino beer!

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2011 A decent all-around lager. Nothing special; nothing too bad. Just fine for drinking.

24 ounce can, best by date of June 12, 2011 printed on the bottom of the can. Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours a clear gold color with an inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both OK. Aroma is sweet malt, grain and a bit of corn. No offensive aromas that I notice. Taste is just like the aroma, it’s all sweet malt, grain and corn. Doesn’t taste bad. Mouthfeel/body is light, with moderate carbonation. Overall, I think it’s an average beer. For the style, it’s not bad. It certainly wasn’t hard to drink, I’ve had worse brews. Picked it up this morning for $1.49 on sale at my local Giant Eagle, for that price I can’t complain.

Think Bud, Miller, Coors, etc., Pale straw color, no head, no lacing. Taste of grain with bitterness from whatever it is the mass brewers use to provide balance. Enough taste to drink, but pretty weak.

Not awful. Just bad. It does look pathetic though – pale yellow with bubbly but disappearing head. Aromas are grains, grains, corn. A bit sugary. No hops. But it doesn’t taste fake (even if it is), and that’s something.

Sadly I have tried it and it si pretty awful. Notes of mineral water, corn, and chemicals adorn your tastebuds.
