This is a great beer that is readily available no matter what store I go to. This has the most flavor of any mainstream case beer available in the US, which deserves a decent rating.

Average beer. I was visiting Canada and felt compelled to try it. It seemed like the Canadian version of Coors or Budweiser to me.

Urgh. A poor beer. Corn corn corn corn. Just the same as Bud and the ilk. I don't know what I was expecting though. Not very nice in my opinion. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had a truly outstanding appearance. Poured with brilliant clarity and the light color of straw gold. Plenty of bubbles making their way to the top to become part of a fat white head of foam that fell rocky and left lace to look at as I drank.

Nose is light sweet grain and sweet corn. Cooked corn but no vegetable scents. There is a sweet grass on this that is delightful and not harsh and a bit of husk from the grain. As this warms it develops an apple skin but nothing so loud as to be unpleasant. Very clean overall.

taste is sweet with light grains that are integrated well. The corn is sweet like corn on the cob. In the drink there is a touch of herbal and sweet grass that takes you to a pleasant faint hop bitter in the dry finish. The herbal is a touch more bitter in the drink than it is on the nose. In addition to the faint appleskin as it warms there is a touch of lemon citrus as this finishes.

The body is light and has only a mild slickness and there is taste from what you might call fresh water. It permeates the beer and makes it clean tasting and refreshing without adding any kind of flavor except that you will notice it. The mouthfeel is light to moderate.

Good beer that would pair well with picnic type foods in summer. Going fishing? Canoeing? Potato salad, hamburgers hot dogs and salty sandwiches like pastrami and ham would all fare well alongside this lightly sweet beer.

Aroma of corn and malts. Thin fizzy head. This is the beer you begrudgingly order when you’re at a crappy bar that has this, coors, budweiser, and nothing else. Not a terrible beer but it’s so generic what’s the point?

12 oz bottle from Cactus Jacks. Gold and clear with a white head, mostly diminishing, minimal lacing. Not much aroma, corn, bread, sweet malts, light bitter hops. Similar flavor, kind of grassy. Light body, thin mouth feel.

This beer is for those who follow the code. Watch the commericals. Golden beer, white thin head, smells like good deliciousness

Just okay...I think they changed something in the brewing process awhile ago, because it’s much better than it used to be. Back in the day, it tasted like licking dirty nickels off the pavement with an aftertaste of Highliner Fish Sticks. Now, it’s a bit better. Pours pale yellow, some foam that goes away quickly. Aroma is faint - bits of grain and little else. Taste is slightly bitter, grainy, faint. Lots of carbonation, strangely sourish/bitter aftertaste. Still not a very good beer - would take Kokanee or Budweiser over it normally.

Poured on tap, dark yellow with a foamy white head. Smells and tastes of wheat. A little bit creamy with medium carbonation.

BB Feb 2314. (Parallel tasted with Moosehead). Poured a clear pale amber with a one-finger white bubbly head that diminished quickly to a few bubbles forming a collar. No lacing. Carbonation medium with very large bubbles forming trails. Aroma more floral than Moosehead but still was fairly typical of a lager. Taste subtly of sweet malt, a bit more citrus than Moosehead, and no bitterness - not much flavour but sweeter compared to Moosehead. Light body. Smooth, crisp, light, thin finish. Nothing special - aroma, tastes and palate comparable with other large commercial brewery lagers.
