Aroma is an unsurprising spritzer of grain and corn. Taste is actually more hoppy than I would have expected, noticeable bitterness, but surrounded in that typical corn/grain/metal combo that’s all too familiar. Carling means caring? Caring enough to add a hop, sure. Good on ya, boys!

Pale yellow body with a bubbly white head that settles to a wispy ring leaving some lace. Faint aroma of cheap grains, corn, and earth. Light malt / corn dominate in the flavor, light sweet malt / corn and a hint of alcohol in the aftertaste, and a clean finish. Will do on a desperately hot summer day.
