COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Molson uses the exclusive dry brewing process to create a beer with lower sweetness, and then carefully balances the beer by expert use of high quality German and Pacific Northwestern aroma hops, added liberally and very late in the kettle boil. The result is a different beer with very little bitterness and aftertaste, higher alcohol and a pleasant balance of hop, esters and floral aromas.

341 ml Bottle, 5.5% a/v Pours a golden colour with a white head. Smells very little. Hard to describe the scent.. grains? Also tastes of very little. Very watery beer, but as advertised no aftertaste present. A great beer for a hot summer day after working.. but i cant see any other place to enjoy this.

Bottle. Served at family gatherings during the festive season. Aroma is almost nonexistent. Just a hint of hops. Lacks body and flavour. Rather thin and watery. Nothing good, nothing bad just ok as a “thirst-quenching” beer.

A guest brought a few bottles of Molson Dry to my NYE party. He said it was only available in Canada (where he picked it up). Fifteen years ago my palate was ripe for Dry beers. When I have an opportunity to re-visit yellow beers of my past I can understand why I enjoyed them. I was going to drink a least a six-pack and needed a non-offensive, light beer to consume. Molson Dry had a bubble gum aroma, no bitterness and some creamed grain flavor. A perfect beer when your 21 and living at college playing beer drinking games almost everytime a beer touches your lips.

(Bottle) Pours a clear golden body with a medium-sized white head. Aroma of corn grain and wet grass. Flavor is watery with grass hops.

Bottle (341ml). At The Glue Pot Pub, Ottawa. Wow, does dry beer ever suck! Asahi, this, .... Poured clear oily-looking light gold with an average diminishing foamy slightly off-white head. Aroma icing-sugar sweet, faintly sugary-malty, a hint of banana flavouring and a wisp of stale hops - oh, and corn, ah-yep. Taste starts out sugary, then a bit of vegetal grain kicks in, then it just disappears, leaving a hint of stale chewing gum flavour behind. Palate is mostly watery, and flat. "Dry"??? This is non-beer, virtually tasteless diluted hummingbird attractor without the red food colouring - there’s not even an aftertaste.

This is my favorite Canadian Lager. It is sweet, and goes down smooth. Not a thick body or a thick head. But the taste is very nice on the tongue, sweet. A little bitter but not overpowering alcohol taste. But I have to go to Canada to get it.

By far my favorite beer made by a large brewery. It is less bitter than Canadian and is very refreshing.

Three or four of these and you have a buzz and a headache. Not a fan of the Dry expereince.
