Molson uses the exclusive dry brewing process to create a beer with lower sweetness, and then carefully balances the beer by expert use of high quality German and Pacific Northwestern aroma hops, added liberally and very late in the kettle boil. The result is a different beer with very little bitterness and aftertaste, higher alcohol and a pleasant balance of hop, esters and floral aromas.

Golden straw color with a finger of head for 20 seconds. Smell is bland sweetness, hay, floral, cut grass. Not as sweet as it smells, almost tastes like a ice beer. A tad rough around the edges. Not dry per say, ah well

Brilliant straw color. White 2 finger head lasting 2 minutes with poor lacing. Dull. Flavors of corn and grains with a hint of skunk. Super faint bitter taste with an alcohol aftertaste. Light body with ok carbonation. Faint and short bitter dry finish. Overall : Taste like dirty water.

Aroma is bland sweet malts and sulphur. Taste is very dry basic malts and generic light bitterness. Appearance is a clear straw body and a thin pearl head that retains poorly.

"on tap last visit to NY. clean malts and ever so slightly bittering hops. fairly crisp and clean but a lingering somewhat unpleasant aftertaste and nothing at all to rave about. Not a 1% beer, as rated so far, but not good either."

Yup, I’m getting closer to being almost done with the BMC stuff. Almost there, well, here’s my take on this one. Always had in a pint glass. The appearance was always a decent looking yellow color with a decent transparency about it. There was always no head and there almost always was never any lacing. The smell had some cooked/burnt corn/rice sort of thing going on. The taste was just sweet and not balanced. The palate was mainly a light on the body and had a very good sessionability about it. Overall, this wasn’t a bad AAL, mostly just an average one.

Bottle (Old Notes)-Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of corn, grains, and grass. Taste of the same with some sweetness. This light bodied brew is just another variant on the pale lager.

341ml bottle. Clear pale yellow. Sweet corn and minerals. Weak hops notes. Watery. There’s worse...

Une des pires bières commercial encore une fois. Gout très horrible de mélange de houblon et de malt de mauvaises qualité. A déconseillé pratiquement inbuvable.

Big fucken can @ home, courtesy of BlackIPA. Pours a clear golden appearance with a nice white head. Sweet corn, vanilla, bubblegum aroma. Really smooth, sweet fruity malty, lemon, orange, candy, banana flavor. Solid macro pale lager. Would drink again.
