COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Molson Brewmasters have created a new standard in smoothness with Molson Golden. Each batch is brewed with pure spring water and features a unique two part hopping procedure. Galena hop essences are added in the brewing kettle, followed by the addition of a patented, mild hop after fermentation.

VERY grainy. Pretty pleasant to drink. Aroma has a tiny hint of perfumyness. Good for a pale lager.

Pours a light clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma of barley and wheat. Taste is wheat and barley with a watered down bitter finish.

Looks, smells and tastes like an inexpensive Canadian Lager. Not bad for a wrm day, or a hockey game.

Rated 11/10/06: Very similar to their Canadian this is an overall decent lager. Smooth faint aroma, light golden pour with minimal head retention, nice and easy mouthfeel, and a crisp flavor that is real basic. Not much to write home about but it’s a solid choice for a simple quenching lager.

(Bottle) Dryish, flavor goes nowhere...Pours pale gold, bubbly. One finger of white head. Aroma is not much of anything - lightly sourish, old socks, little bit of bread. Mouthfeel prickly, thin, quite dry. Flavor is light bland cereal, perhaps some bread. Reasonably thirst-quenching but one of these was plenty due to lack of flavor.

A lot like Molson CDN but with a touch more of hops and less of a corny flavour. Easy drinker but not much for flavour fans.

Golden with a thin white head. Not much to it but it is easy to drink. Good with burgers and fries.

UPDATED: AUG 4, 2010 12 oz bottle at the Bull Run Inn. This pale lager was very smooth and did not have an offensive taste or odor to it. Good beer for easy drinking. Thats it.
