mp8719 (21), USA Jul 31, 2006 Not a bad beer, but it leaves you with a bit of a bitter after-taste. Canadian is better. jcwattsrugger (5223), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Jul 29, 2006 12oz bottle-pours a white head yellow color. Aroma is grass, funky, light malt. Taste is grass, funky, light malt, secondary hops. OK carbonation. mephisto (1144), Taiwan Jul 27, 2006 light quenching lager. would be ok for the hot days..., unfortunately i have ac. ilikestuff (222), Fort Worth, Texas, USA Jul 16, 2006 A decent brew as far as big beer’s go, not quite as good as Molson Canadian which is a little darker, not a sharp. joegrits302 (3), USA does not count Jul 4, 2006 Smells very unpleasently pungent. Sharp aftertaste. Pretty smooth...typical mass produced North American lager mvp (74), Harper Woods, Michigan, USA Jun 28, 2006 12 oz. bottle. smells terrible. Watered down appeararce. Good thing it’s watered down, hides the bad taste. FistFullOfCats (162), Raleigh, North Carolina, USA Jun 13, 2006 Bottle. Pours apple juice yellow with a small, quickly dissipating soapy white head. Aroma of corn, yeast. Smells like lager. Flavors of... corn, pear maybe? Flavor is pretty light. After taste a little more interesting: apple skin, corn husks, slightest touch of kidney beans (weird huh?). Mouth feel is alright. Thin, pretty smooth, but leaves a slightly chalky feel in the mouth afterwards. So...this is a pretty inoffensive lager. Nothing bad, nothing good, just beer. Edges out most of the macro light lagers, but that’s not saying much. I was expecting more: I love Molson Canadian. uglyblond1 (173), Nebraska, USA Jun 13, 2006 A crisp pale lager, reminds me of German lagers, bright and crisp, but not very malty. Light to medium body with a sharp aftertaste.
