COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Molson Brewmasters have created a new standard in smoothness with Molson Golden. Each batch is brewed with pure spring water and features a unique two part hopping procedure. Galena hop essences are added in the brewing kettle, followed by the addition of a patented, mild hop after fermentation.

Pale yellow, minimal white head, very bubbly appearance. Fizzy and light bodied, crisp. The malt and hops are fairly evenly balanced, a little more malty, but both are on the light side. Inoffensive.

Not the lowest rung of adjunct lagers, but close. It has a green bottle so don’t grab an old bottle.

One of the better mass produced lagers in my opinion. Goes down nice when ice cold but don’t try to have to many. You will pay with a terrific hangover.

bottle. Poured clear amber with a lasting white head. Bready malt aroma. Medium mouthfeel. Soft, sweet malty flavour. Tastes more like an ale.

The Moment: Enjoying the return of smell and taste, long shelved since allergies took their toll... Glassware: Cleveland Browns pilsner... Appearance: Pours a pale, tawny yellow, the color of dead grass; head quickly settles to a thin, uneven bubbly white... Aroma: corn and malt that together is omewhat pungeant; airy, oxygenated vapor sits in the doughy strength... Palate: approximates seltzer with its late fiz and medium-bodied tongue--almost like an Italian soda... Taste: late pilsner accents with an aftretaste that lingers; syrupy aroma invades the sip; looking forward to ChexMix to marry this beer to its purpose... Overall: As cases go, this can work; as fortunate as I feel to be able to rate beer again, I was a bit foolish to welcome myself back with this watery fare; mouth-quenching with a bit of beef bite that doesn’t make the beer as easy-drinking as it should be...

A mild malty aroma. A slightly bitter taste though it doesn’t linger. A clean lager that goes down fairly smooth. No bitter after taste. Has a light gold color with lively bubbles. I’d drink this again no problem.

Nice amber/gold color; Light to medium body; Aroma of malt, & cereal; Flavor of slight sweet malt, grain, and some hops; Overall, better than regular Molson - but that’s about it.
