Jan 1, 2006 bottle. The aroma is punishing my nose before I can even get this trash out of the bottle. Fizzy yellow hue with a faint shadow of a head. I had a bit of difficulty tasting this stuff because my instinct is to not ingest something that smells like this. (skunk) Flavor is horrendous, some landfill notes and cardboard with just a bit of boiled corn husk. I found this beer to be quite offensive. The appearance was the only thing about this beer that wasn’t laughably terrible.

Dec 27, 2005 Pours a golden yellow color. Aromas of corn, grains, and a little hops. Flavor is smooth grainy with a detectable hop presence, finishes with a sweetness.

Dec 24, 2005 Pours a light gold with fast dissipating white head. Grassy hops. Heavy carbonation. Not much aroma of note. Light-med bodied. Some malts. Dry, acidic finish.

Dec 1, 2005 Pale bitter aroma, golden drrk-yellow in color, not much flavor, bitter-sweet flavor, light-tasting. Not as good as the original Molson.

Nov 28, 2005 Updated: Dec 30, 200612 oz. bottle. I remember this stuff being like gold when I was in college back in the 70’s. Pours a clear light gold with a decent white head. Light aroma of sweet malt and some hops. Taste is slightly sweet as well with some hops bitterness in the finish. Fairly well balanced actually. Of all of the Canadian lagers I’ve had, I like Molson Golden the best.

Nov 26, 2005 I still prefer regular Molson Canadian to this. Typical Canadian Lager. It was free, so that was good. Tastes more "mass-produced" than the typical Molson, more of that synthetic taste.

Nov 10, 2005 Bottled, pasteurised. Pale yellow, highly carbonated white head. A local cheap booze outlet asked me to give this a try, high carbonation with a plastic, cardboard background. Grainy, cheap tasting background with little hop character. It was awful, but the shop thinks it is just right for their customers. Takes all sorts.
