COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Molson Brewmasters have created a new standard in smoothness with Molson Golden. Each batch is brewed with pure spring water and features a unique two part hopping procedure. Galena hop essences are added in the brewing kettle, followed by the addition of a patented, mild hop after fermentation.

Smells very unpleasently pungent. Sharp aftertaste. Pretty smooth...typical mass produced North American lager

12 oz. bottle. smells terrible. Watered down appeararce. Good thing it’s watered down, hides the bad taste.

Bottle. Pours apple juice yellow with a small, quickly dissipating soapy white head. Aroma of corn, yeast. Smells like lager. Flavors of... corn, pear maybe? Flavor is pretty light. After taste a little more interesting: apple skin, corn husks, slightest touch of kidney beans (weird huh?). Mouth feel is alright. Thin, pretty smooth, but leaves a slightly chalky feel in the mouth afterwards. So...this is a pretty inoffensive lager. Nothing bad, nothing good, just beer. Edges out most of the macro light lagers, but that’s not saying much. I was expecting more: I love Molson Canadian.

A crisp pale lager, reminds me of German lagers, bright and crisp, but not very malty. Light to medium body with a sharp aftertaste.

Draft. Pours pale golden with a white head. Aroma of skunk, corn, and grain. Flavor is a little skunk, corn grainy. Thin body, drinkable.

Poured from the bottle a pale gold color with a small head. Tastes like a million other beers around. Not bad, just lacks personality and flavor. A nice care free beer to drink while out with friends, but nothing about this beer says "savor the flavor" because there isn’t much of one.
