COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Molson Brewmasters have created a new standard in smoothness with Molson Golden. Each batch is brewed with pure spring water and features a unique two part hopping procedure. Galena hop essences are added in the brewing kettle, followed by the addition of a patented, mild hop after fermentation.

It’s your typical Canadian macro lager. Light gold, with a bitter. mildly hoppy flavor.

Lasting white head on a clear yellow body. Light hints of grainy malt in the aroma and flavor, as well as green apple (acetaldehyde), a light sulfury yeast, but clean, no fruitiness. Biting, highly carbonated m/f, very thin and watery. Typical macroswill

Used to be a fan in my youth. Now it’s nasty. Victim of marketing leaves it way behind Labatt.

Why is it smooth? because it is water with alcohol and a little corn flavoring. I really do not understand why some people are big golden fans. If you hate the taste of beer then that could be a reason, but really this beer is unremarkable and there are many better brews in the same price range.

Green bottle, light tasting with a bitterness at the end. Easy to drink, not too watery, overal a decent Canadian brew.

Clear pale gold with a tiny white head. Mildly herbal hop aroma. Mildly bitter. Although not un-like "Canadian", Golden is slightly higher in carbonation and somewhat toastier. Lots of corn syrup and soda water. Not especially interesting.

bottle. pours a light yellow with a thick quickly disappearing head. aroma is worse than i expected, very skunky and disturbing. taste is watery and crappy. a little malt taste a little crap taste, but the crap is the dominant of the two. i dislike this beer greatly

Bottle. Nose is bland. Tastes like every BMC every brewed then mixed together. You know what I am saying?
