Always skunked in green bottles and usually sitting in a store window or something. I don't taste any hops, but it is tart, or is that tangy...akin to sticking your tongue on a 9V battery. The worst Molson product I've tried. Turtboy (120), Lucasville, Ohio, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jan 12, 2004 This is a very lame beer. Has a very skunky smell initial, but the taste isn't too horribly bad. Not the best Molson I've had. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA

Initial skunk cloud diffuses and gives way to the smell of a dusty, spider-infested hay barn. Flavor is bland except for the excess of sugar and some noticeable cheap additive qualities. The best thing about this beer is that, although it has similar qualities to other offensive beers, it offends less. This was my first favorite beer... when I was 15 years old. | 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/20 | Dec 29, 2003 This bottled brew poured a large head of fine to medium sized white colored long lasting bubbles that left behind a uncarbonated transparent straw yellow colored body and a fair lace. It had a
mild skunky malt aroma and a thick tingly acidic mouthfeel. The flavor was malty with mild hops. TheDean (785), MIlwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Well, Molson Gold must be the beer they are drinking! Bainer (45), Windsor, Ontario, Canada

Basically, it's better than Export and not as good as Light. As with most of Molson's beers, though, it's a good all night long beer. It's definitely not as good as a craft or micro brew, though.
