Commercial Description:
Molson Brewmasters have created a new standard in smoothness with Molson Golden. Each batch is brewed with pure spring water and features a unique two part hopping procedure. Galena hop essences are added in the brewing kettle, followed by the addition of a patented, mild hop after fermentation.

Light golden color. Mild hoppy aroma that assists in a pleasant taste. Smooth going down made me open a second one without thinking about it.

This is a smooth beer, great session beer. I think it has the least amount of skunk, if any at all of the Canadian beer. Gold in color, slight hop taste.(5,4,5,3,13) re-rate: 3,3,3,2,9. When you use a phrase like "least amount of skunk" well your drunkeniness needs to be questioned, as well it should, along with your sense of judgement. Upon further tasting my scores have been knocked down a few notches and a skunk is a skunk no matter how little you can smell it.

Quite tasty, a little plain, but was not a bad all around lager.

A good little beer with enough flavor that puts it over the top of supposed "similar" beers such as Coors, which I find are sorely lacking when compared to this one. Nothing fancy, but tasty nonetheless.

Picked a sixer up at my convinient store around the corner. Well I don’t exactly know what American standard means but if it means budmillercoors-alike then they did a good job matching those with this one. It has bit more flavor and aroma though! But yet again nothing to get excited about. This is more for drinking then for enjoyment!
