COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Molson Brewmasters have created a new standard in smoothness with Molson Golden. Each batch is brewed with pure spring water and features a unique two part hopping procedure. Galena hop essences are added in the brewing kettle, followed by the addition of a patented, mild hop after fermentation.

Wooo doggie that is one skunky brew when I first opened it up; but that is to be expected from some of them adjunct lagers. Not much to yak about on this brew as it is much akin to all the other mass produced beers of this style: lifeless and tasteless. It would not surprise me to find this along side other macro brews at the local bar on those $1 pint nights! That’s a pint of beer (I reckon that’s what they are passing for!) for one dollar … one dollar … only the cheap brews baring the least of qualities and damning the name of good beer are sold at these ‘specials’. None for me thank ya kindly!

Bottle (Old Notes)-Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma of corn, malt, and slight hops. Taste of mostly malt with some slight hops thrown in. This light bodied brew is what it is and is not bad compare to the other Canadian Pale Lagers.

Hockey fans are a rare breed, watch "the code" commercials. "You know the sippy cup lid isn’t as stupid as it sounds..." This is a hockey beer, good, delicious, and meant for watching hockey. Your generic golden.

Can poured into pilsner glass. Clear golden color, with large head that dissipates quickly. Strong carbonation, hoppy taste. Nothing special. Above average light beer. Beats Budweiser, Miller, and Coors.

Bottle @ home tossed via courtesy of BlackIPA. Tasted during the Pussypete presents Molson/Labatt Grand Tasting 2013 in my parent’s basement. Cheers! Pours a clear yellow appearance with a creamy white head. Big sweet corn, lemon, sweet grainy, a touch tangy, fairly inoffensive aroma. Decent body. Lots of corned candy, cotton candy, and bubblegum. Fucken easy chugger.

Bottle at home. Pours clear pale gold with a medium, frothy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is Pils malt and corn, light rice notes with earthy hops. Flavor is malt dominant with light hops and bitterness and a dry finish. Light body and moderate carbonation

(bottle) A nostalgic selection for Mike’s 50th birthday golf outing. Tastes similar to what I remember back in the day... tart with good dose of skunk. Nice memories.

12oz bottle from Party Town. Shared with Jstax. Clear golden color. Minimal web of white head. Couple bits of lace. Smooth, crisp, lighter carbonation. Bready, peppery flavor. Moderate bitter finish, light sweet. Above average kolsch style lager. [I was getting pretty buzzed at the point in the night when I tasted this, but I remember finding it to be surprisingly good and kolschy]

Bottle shared by drsilverworm. Pours a darker gold with a white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is grainy and a little greasy. Tastes sweet and corny with a grassy finish. Not as bad as I expected.

Worst smelling beer yet. Smells like a large dog ran through a patch of skunkweed after swimming in an algae filled lake. Almost no flavor. Tolerable as long as you don’t breathe when you take a sip
