Ok so they put some extra yellow horse piss in this and gave it a cool name like "golden"..no thanks. Nasty nasty nasty.

Jul 12, 2008 Ah, the beauty of pale lager. Bottle. Skunky smelling and tasting on the front, which mean there’s hops! Actually, not too shabby. Nice rich malt character with mild bitterness to come back. A bit fizzy. And yes, it is golden. Ok.

Jul 12, 2008 bought at specs as a broken six pack single, no glass ... not much smell .. very health wise head, lacing too ... quite a smooth lager with no real offensive lyrics ..some corn (cob) in the taste department (dmv?) a pretty easy going lager from america’s hat ...P-A-R-T - why? b’cuz i gotta!!

Jul 8, 2008 Probably the best of the Molsons I’ve had and I’d rather not try any more to see if I can find better. Golden colored with malts, sweet, cereal and a bit stale tasting but it’s at least not skunked or foul (ie Molson Ice). Not horrible.

Jul 8, 2008 Molson Golden is a pale golden lager with a small fizzy white head. It has an aroma of... a vat of chemicals and creamed corn. It feels like stale fizzy water. Flavor is mostly cardboard, but the skunk is present as well. A touch of bitterness at the finish almost redeems it. No, it doesn’t. Only the MacKenzie Brothers could drink this.

Jul 4, 2008 Bottle. Smells like skunk, no surprises there. Yellow with thin white head. Taste kind of reminded me of a bad champaigne. It brought me back to my Canadian drinking days.
