2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
24oz can. Didnít pour this into a glass, why bother? Aromas of stale corn and adjunct, with ethanol. Flavor is bitter grass and hay, moving to a syrupy sweet finish, slightly skunky. High carbonation. Bah.

0.9 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
Well atleast I know what it tastes like now. Basically if you pay more than 50 cents per bottle you are wrong.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Pale clear yellow pour, small white head. Simple corn and grain aroma and flavor, but slightly sweet. Thin palate. Drinkable, and much above the American big macros.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle. Similar to Molson Export Ale, but heavier and less satisfying. Can definitely perceive the higher ABV. Molson Golden is still my fave of the Molson family.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours to a pale fizzy yellow body with a white head. The aroma is fairly crisp and clean corn with subtle additional scents. The flavor was actually drinkable. Basic corn-like pale malt based beer with simple grain flavors. Crisp palate. Honestly, this wasnít a bad lawnmower beer.

1.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Second Molson tallboy of the night, the first being their regular Canadian lager. Basically the same beer as their regular lager, little more funky finish. Chem / tin more upfront, but hey...that extra .6%! Party time! Ha, whatever, for a tallboy on sale at $1.29 or something, no reason to complain if you know whatís inside the can.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
I think this is a nice avg beer. Crisp clean finish. I even like it when it skunks a bit. Tastes similar to a heine at that point. Will choose this over labatt "imports".

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
I used to love this in university. When we went for road trips to the states, this is what we were looking for. Stuff that was available in the US as an import and not available in Canada. Just think what I could have been buying on those road trips.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Ok, first off this isnít a horrible beer by any means. I had very low expectations going in to this one, but it quickly met these expectations and then blew right past them. That being said, this is not a world class beer. But it isnít terrible either. Itís very average. It actually had a decent sized head that stuck around for a while. While I did get corn in the aroma, I also got some light banana and a little clove. Perhaps some light yeast as well. No hops present in the nose. It had the look of a budweiser, except with a much larger head. The taste wasnít half bad. It even has some Belgian qualities to it... if only a little bit. Iím not going to knock this beer the way some people have. They figure macro lager = shit. Well, Iím here to tell you this isnít the case on this one. This beer was palateable.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Molson Ice has a thin, white, quickly-dissipating head, and a clear, yellow appearance with lots of bubbles streaming up, and no lacing. The aroma is faint, but indistinguishable grains and some hops can be picked up, as well as roastiness and sweetness. Mouthfeel is on the light to medium side, and Molson Ice finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, and dry. Overall, I found this to be an above-average ice-brewed lager. I think itís worth trying.
