3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20 silvorgold (18) - Brandon, Manitoba, CANADA - MAR 25, 2005
Canada’s first caffeinated beer, about time, although it could be just a marketing gimmick. I tried it for the first time tonight (in Manitoba.. available for $9 or so for 6 pack cans.. not bad for a regular 6 pack of beer). It reminds me alot of Molson’s Coldshot beer moreso than the regular Canadian, which in my opinion is a good thing, I love Molson’s Coldshots, I haven’t drank a regular Canadian in months, while I had a Coldshot only a week ago. It’s better than most Molson (er Coors..) beer, but it’s not worth the money in my opinion. The can has nice artwork but Molson Kick isn’t something I’dd buy something every week, Labatt’s upcoming "Shok" beer could be a good alternative to both Molson’s Coldshots AND Kicks.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Snoro (265) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - JUL 20, 2005
Généralement bonne. C’est une bière meilleur que les autres qui sont du type commercial. Une bonne bières commercial quand il n’y a que de la commercial disponible.
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 presario (3977) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 25, 2005
An extra point for not simply coppying Bud. 5% and a regular size can. On te other hand will the Red Bull customers by it? Dark yellow and fizzy. Creamy head sinks uickly leaving some lacing. Herbal corn aroma. Tastes mostly like a regular macro, not the sugary flavour Bud produced. There is a sour straw flavour in the finish similar to some light struck South American beers. Palate is thin and watery but still has a foamy quality.
1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 rudolf (2229) - Buffalo, New York, USA - APR 3, 2005
Thanks to Radek for this one. We’re starting the swill early tonight. Crystal clear gold body that looks hypercarbonated. This stuff literally made me choke (it tried to go down the wrong pipe!) Overly sweet with an earthy finish. Just get a redbull and vodka.. at least that isn’t offensive.

I must say that this beer is better than any other MOLSON product. I like the bottle (in metal) and the product is ok.
1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20 Kosovar (48) - repentigny, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 3, 2006
Bon Dieu de merde! Qui a eu l’idée de faire une bière énergisante. Gout "spicy" aggressant, comme un gros "Kick" dans le "Chest"
1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20 jerc (5444) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 9, 2005
Pale yellow, small head. Grainy, diluted alcohol in the aroma. Pretty standard flavour, with an added something odd in the finish and aftertaste. Why God Why? If I were Grand Poobah of the universe I would pass regulations that for every half assed marketing gimmicky beer they have to put out a small batch of something amazing.
