This is quite possibly the best beer in the world. It is my personal favorite, what with its savory taste and smooth aroma.

Thsi is a beautiful beer. It actually tastes like something. A cornicopia of flavours that both enchant and delight. Label is brillant! This is and always will be a classic Canadian beer. It tastes like Angelsí tears as they weep for joy. I have drank thousands of Pilís and I am never disappointed. In fact I am going to crack one right away and laugh at the bad reviews from beer snobs. Go suck on a Heini and leave the Pil to real beer drinkers!

UPDATED: AUG 4, 2012 My first beer and still one of my favorites. I compare all beers to this beer one way or another. Not just a generic beer like so many other canadian lagers such as Canadian, Kokanee, Blue, etc. Pilsner has a unique aftertaste which leaves you wanting another drink after every drink, I truly believe what separates it from all other Lagers. One word to decribe it would be Delicious. Best Cold but will do rodeo cool (warm, for all you havenít read "I Hope they Serve Beer in Hell" By Tucker Max). Great label, Best Label, You can spend hours looking at it loving your Beer and admiring how much effort was put into it to make a perfect label to match the perfect beer. It will always stick out as one of the best. It is also a great beer to offer to people from other countries they usually quite like it or should I say love it. Best out of a Bottle but still good in a can. Oh ya screw the hoity toity people who swear drinking beers is better out of glasses. Pilsner drinkers enjoy it straight from the bottle because thats the way god intended it. Go Riders Go. Win or Lose its Pilsner Season.

Simply amazing. If you donít like this beer you donít know what good beer is. I find people who donít like this beer like Coors Light, or Carona, otherwise known as water. PS -- --> GO RIDERS

500th review had to be Pil!
This is the defining beer of my liver pulverizing lifestyle. The beer that started it all. Almost everything I can think of has been done in the company of Pilsner.
Reviewed right out of the bottle. I never pour this in a glass and never will. One of the rare beers that I want ice cold every time. It does blow when warm, of course. If you do dump it into a glass or a plastic cup or the famous chicken tube or a rubber boot or into a cardboard box or onto the ground youíll find it to be a bit darker than the standard pale lager but not much different than any mass produced brew. The aroma is grainy and a bit sweet... but donít waste time analyzing this stuff and just drink it up and enjoy. Thatís why itís taken this long to actually review it cause I just want to drink without thinking. Taste is great! Not that different than the aroma but better. The taste of a million memories. Goes down smooth sometimes but not in big gulps. Ample carbonation and a mild bitter finish that ties in with the standard malts. Dammit, I love Pilsner. I got a 150 beers at my disposal and I still reach for the Pil in a lot of cases. Stupid family drinks this too... itís everywhere! No, it is not better than other beers Iíve rated in the same range but this is a fav of mine and I go by style and nothing compares to this for pure enjoyment. Iím never not satisfied by a bottle of Pil. 8 and a half Chernobal forehead thumbs up!

Ah what can be said about the only beer brewed by Molson thatís worth drinking. For starters despite what 99% of people think this beer is not called "Pilsner" it called "Old Style" this is a big pet peeve of mine even though i my self call it pil. For the low cost of 17 bucks for 12 bottles you get a great value, this beer is refreshing, clean tasting, matches your john deer hat, and you can get wasted for cheap. A other great quality of Pil is if you ever find your self with out a Halloween costume you can stuff all 12 bottles in your pockets and where the empty box on your head and walla your a retard with a box on your head true story happened to a friend of a friend of mine. But back to the beer, it just plain and simply is one of my most favorite beers to drink, Iím not sure if the memories i have of it or the taste I just find my way back to it when i donít feel like drinking the heavenly ales of monks. DRINK PIL IT IS GOOD DAMIT!!!!!!
