0.8 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20 LaFinca (6) - state college, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 13, 2003If you're a person who likes high alcohol content and no flavor, this beer is great for you. But, if you like high alcohol and a great tasting beer, I suggest you spend your money on Yards IPA if you live in the Pennsylvania area. This is one of the most flavorful IPAs in the world, for a very reasonable price, that comes in at 8.0% ABV although you will never guess it because it is so smooth and full bodied. The Molson XXX will probably be a great seller among the college crowd but, unfortunately, they are missing out on so many strong beers that also have a very important dimension that this beer lacks - “FLAVOR”.

12oz bottle. Pours a medium golden color with a 1/2 inch of white head. Aroma is malty. Taste of corn, sweet malt, and alcohol.
1.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20 laur11 (20) - - APR 25, 2013
Molson XXX is good if you want a lot of alcohol in a small package - but that doesn’t make for a tasty beer. Boring design.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 Westmeister (938) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - MAR 28, 2013
Big ass can. Smell is rice, grain, slight spoil veggies. Taste is really sweet corn with some grape-like tinges. It ain’t bad.
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 drowland (4992) - Jacksonville, Florida, USA - MAR 21, 2013
3/21/13. 25.4oz can thanks to Unclerudy. Likkas! Golden pour. Corn chips and apples. I’m starting to regret this Hunahpu’s trade. NOT. FUCK YOU. GOOGLE.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20 Patrickctenchi (1687) - columbus, Indiana, USA - MAR 20, 2013
25.4 oz can:
Pours clear gold with an active white head.
Scent is lemon, grain.
Sweet corn taste...creamy and metallic.
A little honey, malt.
Not bad for the style, but it IS still a malt liquor.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 womencantsail (6896) - Garbage Grove, California, USA - MAR 1, 2013
750ml CAN thanks to Shawn. Dafuq is this shit? Golden pour with a white head. Corn forward aroma, lots of very sweet grain with a light bread aroma. Some grass, yeas, and water, too. The flavor is kind of watery, surprisingly (probably because it’s a mere 7.3%). Sweet corn, sugar, grain, and maybe a bit of apple. Some grass on the finish. I’d venture to guess 750ml of this garbage will get you WBW.
1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20 hivemind (658) - New York, New York, USA - JAN 23, 2013
12oz bottle. Skunky and overly sweet while being too strong and not drinkable. Bad beer. Awesome while we were getting fucked up in the Lovely Hotel in Mtl but not in any other scenario.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 Drake (6497) - Ivy, Virginia, USA - JAN 9, 2013
12 ounce bottle from Wegman’s Leesburg. Skunk emanates from the brown bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of grainy malts, mild grassy hops with even milder mint and tinny notes. The taste is grainy malts, tinny hops. Medium bodied, really rough.
1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 Shanebrews (63) - - JAN 5, 2013
This beer lacks any sort of balance. The flavors are all over the place. This stuff is a point A to point B beer on adrenaline.
