Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, toffee, butter. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (120408)

Jun 10, 2008 Bottle @ Maria tasting. Amber colour with an off-white head. Aroma is butterscotch , caramel. flavour is butterscotch, caramel, fruit, yeast, malt. A little bit ordinary.

May 20, 2008 12 oz bottle. Poured amberish copper in color with a small beige head. Aroma is grainy, toffee, and slightly bready. Taste of caramel malt, slight citric sweetness, and roasted toffee. The finish sticks around for a little while but has a slight sour note to it. I’m getting a very distinct taste from all of the Mommeriete brews. Not like a typical amber in my opinion.

Apr 16, 2008 Courtesy of Bierkoning. Nice copper color with an Ok head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel and fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, caramel, citrus and the finish is dry like in grapefruit combined with a slightly burnt dry feel.
