from crackedkettle.com - cloudy dark orange colour with an elusive foam; robust aroma of orange peel and curaçao; almonds and some other undefined spices; high carbonation, sweet with a tart acidity to balance it; late but decent dry bitterness; very long spicy and fruity (orange) finish - a beautiful tripel

another gem from Beershine and Oakes. Cloudy gold pour wtih a white head. I get yeast, fruit, bread and apples. Flavor has a sweet/tart note to it. Like a good upstate NY apple. Some spice, yeast and vanilla notes are present as well. Nice.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy, orange-brown body with an off-white head. Sweetish and malty nose with a little hint of cellar. Rather sweet flavor too, with some spices and pale malt, as well as some alcohol, but not in a bad way. Full, sweet mouthfeel. The finish has a pleasant hoppyness. Dark for a tripel, but sure nice. Would like to see more of those, and maybe heavier on the hops as well. (080118)

Bottle thank you jbrus. Clear-ish yellow-gold. Sweet cake and custard aroma. Interesting stuff: juicy, fruity. Complex yeast character. Lots of different fruit juices like apple and plum. Not very spicy, more a sweet and yeasty tripel.
