| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 26, 2008 Bottle. Pours a cloudy, orange-brown body with an off-white head. Sweetish and malty nose with a little hint of cellar. Rather sweet flavor too, with some spices and pale malt, as well as some alcohol, but not in a bad way. Full, sweet mouthfeel. The finish has a pleasant hoppyness. Dark for a tripel, but sure nice. Would like to see more of those, and maybe heavier on the hops as well. (080118) Bullit (1392), Glasgow, Scotland
