Clear with a touch of greenish color, like a few spoonfulls of lawn clippings boiled in a 20 gal pot. Light, frangrant sweet scent, mostly koji, so I guess that makes it the smell of a moldy piece of candy? Very light feeling with a neutral taste up front, warm light nutty, herbal flavor in the middle. Nothing much to get too excited about here. Clean and simple but not very complex.
