原材料:米(国産)・米麹(国産米)・清酒精米歩合:70% アルコール分:15度以上16度未満仕込み水の一部に清酒を使用して醸した「貴醸酒」を蔵の中で十五年もの長い時間をかけ貯蔵熟成させた古酒の逸品。長い時の流れを感じさせる古酒独特の馥郁たる香りと濃醇な香りが特長。琥珀色の時を含んだ一杯はまさに非日常空間へ誘う特別な一杯に。

Very cool. 15 year old sake, 200ml in great packaging for 1000 yen? Yes please. Nose is sticky manuka honey, maple and fermented rice. Alcohol is not as diminished as you would think. Not overtly rich, but smooth. Melon, honey and a mellow alcohol bite. Good stuff - a dessert sake?
