COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You are holding a rare bottle of amazing sake. Something very few people have the opportunity to taste. Young. Fresh. Cask strength. Unpasteurized to retain natural intense flavors and rich aromas. We only handcraft about 200 bottles per month. Keep it cold and drink it within 4 weeks of the Born On date.

Draft at SakeOne on 12/21/11. Aroma is crisp floral perfume with subtle fiji apples. Pours clear with gorgeous legs. Flavor is strongly reminiscent of rose and sweet rice. Subtle cinnamon and sweet coconut. The palate is silken and velvety. Sweet and effervescent.

UPDATED: OCT 2, 2006 Clear, aroma has black licorice & coconut. Flavor is tangy, almost hopped its so fresh & fruity tasting. Finishes smooth, very balanced and neutral, no alcohol feel. So fresh and so clean clean!! This was great. Update: They get this stuff at the Uwajimaya in Beaverton!
