pale yellow color with very little legging. aroma is all alcohol and it’s bite... notes of rice, florals, light yeast and a grape/apple-y fruitiness. not a whole bunch going on in the flavor profile... rice, fusel and mild grape-y fruitiness come up. huge harsh burn on the finish. medium body. the front palate has an slick texture but as it passes over the tongue it quickly dries out and gets tingly from the abv% beast. leaves the chest warm for sure...

Pours still and clear with a pale, yellowish tint. Thin legging is quickly fleeting. The aroma shows sweet rice, cucumber, melon, cream, and dry koji. There’s a touch of fusel alcohol as well, indicating the impending heat. Flavors are lightly fruity, with cucumber showing mostly. Semi-dry, funky koji shows on the finish. The mouthfeel is thin but slick, with lingering alcoholic heat burning on the way down. This one is not very impressive. Lacking complexity and subtlety.

Let me start off by saying that I ain’t no sake expert.Typical sake aroma, sweet rice and fruit aroma. Taste is off sweet fruit and cheap sake. Goes down somewhat less smooth than some others I have tried. At $11.99 a bottle it is good value.

The aroma has sulfer, cork, rice, fruit, and alcohol. The appearance is clear yellow. The flavor is like the aroma with plenty of alcohol. The palate is thin and oily. The aroma makes this one bad.

Chilled bottle from Party Source. Poured clear pale color with legs. Light green apple, melon and alcohol aroma. Light to medium body with a dry texture. Medium sweet green apple and rice flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.

poured a pale yellow color there was a slight fruity aroma but nothing disintinct. Flavor was a fruity mix of pear and cucumber. Seemed to be slightly syrupy on the tounge.

750 ml bottle, served cold. Clear, almost colorless. Fruity aroma and flavor with a warm splash of alcohol. Melon and honey, as advertised. Sweet and warm without being harsh.
