This wet-hopped ale features both Cascade and Chinook hop cones. This beer tastes different than the Centennial-hopped Hop Harvest, but equally delicious. Bursting with citrus hop flavor, this beer tastes like you’re in the field.

Tallahassee, Fl - on tap at Momo’s. Medium copper pour, sticky of-white head - nice lacing. Aroma has a brief hint of spruce, not very apparent. Flavor has some nice syrupy resiny grapefruit-like citrus notes. Some minty notes round it out nicely. Crisp, thick refreshing mouthfeel. Solid effort.

Clear, honey gold with an almond head. Resinous, pine-malt aroma. Tangy, threads of sugary sweetness - it was an odd thing. Mouthy. Aggressive cascades. Strong bitternesson the side of the tongue in the finish. Watching the Duke/GT football game, idly.
