COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

On tap at the brewpub. Pours dark brown with a creamy beige head. The aroma is light fruity, yeasty and light roasted. The flavor roasted and mild hoppy with ripe fruity notes. Bitter hoppy finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of sulphur, malt, caramel, and diacethyl. The flavor is sweet with notes of wet hay, sulphur, diacethyl, and caramel, leading to a dry finish. Flawed.

Nice foam. Reminds me of a Leffe Brun with its yeasty taste. Nice and bitter aftertaste. Slightly metallic feel to it. Maybe it was too chilled.

McWorta (606) - LUXEMBOURG - MAY 24, 2014
Amber coloured light opalescent with a lightly dark white even creamy head. Noses of fruity esters of banana and lightly peach/apricot with wheat and barley malts. Lightly slick and offering a medium body with sweet notes giving some faint bitterness to it, too. Well balanced with an ester programme as finish lasting for a while. Lovely.
