Beautiful hazy dark amber color with fine head. Cinnamon aroma and flavor. Citrus, a real x-mas beer.

Clear dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Slightly soft palate. Very light touch of dark malt. Light spice - not overdone, ginger and cinnamon maybe. Gets a little fruity and minerally with a whisper of bubblegum. Creamy malt. An okay spiced beer but wasn’t really my cup of char.

Dark hazy brown colour with tan head. Aroma of christmas spices, some old plumb and hops. Flat but chewy of christmas fruit bread. Slick and a bit oily in texture. Medium body, bit sweet and bitter. Finish is rather short, bit surprising for a christmas beer. Still a goodn.

Bottle. It’s a clear, copper-colored beer with a beige head. Raisins, toffee, some spices, anise it seems, and some roasted malts in the aroma. Quite meaty. The flavor is on the sweet side, with dried fruits, toffee, some bready notes and spices too. Full-bodied and smooth, with a pleasant carbonation. Roasted, sweet finish with dried fruits and some anise-like licorice. Not my kind of Christmas beer, but quite decent. 100522
