Brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of brown sugar, dried fruit, tropical fruits and bubblegum. Dry and fruity flavour with malty and toasted notes

Pours copper with a beige head. Aroma is roasted caramel, dried fruit, raisin, plum and notes of pinapple. Flavour is roasted caramel, raisin, dried dark fruit and alcohol.

Pours a clear and dark amber beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, caramel, dried fruit, yeast, spices and notes of bread. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is sweetness. Overall an average beer.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, June 2011. Pours ruby amber with a creamy white head and lacings. Fruit, spices, caramel, yeast and bubblegum. Smooth and medium bodied. Well made.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Caramel and molasse notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Some caramellic notes. lacks fruit. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Boring.

Bottle. Brown with a medium lasting beige head. Aroma and flavour of chocolate, roasted malt, yeast, caramel, spice and dried dark fruits.

Hazy brown with a small, creamy, yellowish head. Aroma has liqourice, caramel malts, light herbal, some chocolate and a soft note of plums. Medium carbonation, fine mouthfeel with some creaminess. Flavour is balanced closely along chocolate maltiness, little esters from the yeast. Fairly dry with a nice, chocolatey bitter finish. Fine dubbel.

Bottle at home. Brown with a beige head. Aroma moderate malty (caramel, roasted, brown sugar, notes of dark fruit). Flavor moderate to heavy sweet, light to moderate bitter, good balance. Medium body.
