COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Handbottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of vegetables and malt as well as lighter notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, straw, and wheat, leading to a dry wheaty finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Bottle from the brewery. [thank you, Christian]
Pours a lovely coppery golden with a medium, frothy, off-white head. Fairly clear before the yeast goes in the glass. No real sediment, just a fine hazy circling downwards. Fairly sweet aroma, good banana, some caramel, a hint of red berries. High carbonation, fair dryish mouthfeel. Flavour is mildly sweet, some grainy malts notes, a hint of toasted caramel and milky chocolate. Banana, red apple, light spicy finish with a mild hops note. Fine hefe.
