COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Opkaldt efter Sommerspiret på Møns Klint - den tårnhøje kridtformation, der styrtede i havet i 1988. Som kontrast til det hvide kridt er denne øl sort - dybsort. Men smagen er let, og man aner toner af lakrids og chokolade.
For at bevare de fine smagsmønstre har vi valgt at lade denne øl være ufiltreret og upasteuriseret. Herved kan der opstå en smule uskadeligt bundfald.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear dark brown coloured with a medium sized beige head. Sweet and light roasted aroma of caramel. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel with roasted notes . Light roasted finish.

Black coloured with a dark white lightly frothy head. Noses lightly of roasted malt and chocolate malt with a hint of a floral hop note. Lightly slick with the roast theme going on offering somewhat complex chocolate/coffee malt flavours. Medium bodied with a lasting lightly roasted finish.
