Bottle, had many times, about time I rated it.
A spring golden ale for me. Clean. Refreshing. Dry. Lovely mountain dew aroma and heavily floral. I don’t know what hops are in the current batch but the aroma was fantastic.
It tastes like an amped-up golden ale but it’s super clean and soft malts which I enjoy about well-made golden ales. I can easily knock a lot of this back and I do. It’s great for the spring and I would like to see some different hop variations for golden ales from Moncada.

3.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice cloudy unfiltered yellow color with white foam. Aromas are floral, hoppy and hints of pine, quite fresh and smells of meadows. Palate, lighitsh somewhat leaning towards meadium body, but definatly thin texture leaving light floral soapy finish. Taste, is sweet of flowers and light. Overall, looks amazing, smells nice just is missing bit of the body to me bit too thin and light, would say needs some depth to it but it is quite night and fresh beer.

Bottle from The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) Pours a hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of orange, grapefruit, some lemon, a little mango, subtle sugar and floral hops. Taste is similar of orange, grapefruit, some lemon, a little mango, subtle spice, maybe pepper and floral, grassy hops. Light bodied and an oily texture. A bittersweet, citrus hop bitterness in the finish. A sessionable, well balanced, fruity and citrusy golden ale. Good.
