Notting Hill Red has a sweet malty body paired with a good dosing of American hops.

From cask at EBF15. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is grapefruity, peachy too. Light greasy and grapefruity. Citrusy. Bitter, crisp hoppy and fruity finish.

Keg at Queens Arms, Piccadilly. It pours cloudy deep red with medium beige head. The nose is fresh pine, resin, blood orange and earth. The taste is bitter-sweet, pine, resinous, red berry, grapefruit, orange, light jaminess, caramel, toasty, earth, touch of alcohol and a somewhat vinous quality with a bitter finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation and oily mouth-feel. A rather tasty hoppy red ale. Good depth and drinkability. Nice work Moncada!

Bottle at home in London with Lyoli and Nora - sourced from Kris Wines. Pours mostly clear reddish-brown with a fine, creamy off-white head. The aroma holds a ton or orange rind, a bit of pine, some toasty malts. Medium sweet flavor with a lot of resinous pine, earth, toasted brown bread, some ripe orange, dirt, grass, citrus peel. Medium bodied with fine carbonation and oily texture. Lots more resinous pine to finish, juicy orange, some bitter toasted grass, grapefruit, bitter citrus rind. Pretty solid stuff.

Hand bottle at beer and cheese event at Shoreditch. Pours ruby red with a small off white head. Nose is pungent tropical fruits with doses of citrus. Light earthiness comes through with a touch of spice. Tropical fruits dominate and a touch of marmalade comes through as it warms. Light bitterness with balanced sweetness on the palate. Good stuff

This is a Red Ale and packs a punch. It is quite flat and pours a red/brown. OK.
