3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
22 oz. bottle. Dark copper pour, with a big, beige head. Very malty nose of caramel and syrup, with a little wet grass and honeysuckle. Very bitter flavor, with a little malt backbone. Medium to heavy body, a little chalky, and sticky. Overall, this is a mediocre IIPA. The hop profile seems a little flat, the malts are a little too dominant.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Big citrusy nose, and a bit stinky, rude fruitiness. Bright but hazy copper color. Caramel, tasty hops, some overripe fruit, sugar. Some balance in finish. Medium body. Not quite a caramel bomb... but almost. Very nice aromas.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle to taster (shared by DrSilverworm). Looks solid; a slightly hazy pale burnt orange with thin eggshell head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells of bitter and piney hops with a bittersweet backbone. Tastes like it smells with a medium-bodied mouthfeel. Solid beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 oz bottle shared by DrSilverworm. Pours a clear amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have caramel and lightly toasted malts, resiny, citrus hops, moderate bitterness, I think I like this a little better than the average, yes it’s malt forward but decent beer.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle, shared with local raters. Picked up from Habersham in Savannah on 2/23/15. Hazy red orange color. Thin off-white head. Some bits of lace. Impressive hop on this... Good bigger grapefruit, spicy hop, some pine. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Moderate to bigger bitter taste, light to moderate sweet. Some biscuity, mild caramel malt... But this is mostly hop-forward. Impressive; better than expected.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
-Aroma: Strong bitter grapefruit.
-Appearance: Dark iced tea with thin off white head.
-Taste: Slow burning whiskey like alcohol presence & strong grapefruit bitterness with a slightly lemony after bite.
-Palate: Medium - Full bodied with lingering bitterness.
-Overall: Good Imperial IPA that I would compare or describe as a Cold Jim Beam with hops.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Hazy dark amber pour with a frothy white head. Aroma was of muted citrus hops and lots of caramel. Flavors were slightly sweet, light citrus, dark fruits and a bitter hoppy finish. Plus mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. This almost drinks like a "light Barleywine" as this one has some age on it. Rather nice.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from GT liquors in Grovetown. Pours orangey copper with an off-orange head. Light lace. Aroma has pine and orange zest and some spice. Later in the glass some of the maltiness shows through. Taste is led by chewy sprucy pine needles, and then garlicky spices, some onion, light grapefruit and some caramel appear. Medium bodied with light alcohol presence, and rough. Finishes garlicky tangy with a touch of sweetness. Shrug? The garlic overwhelms after a while, but even the pine was too much. 12.9
