That touch of ginger is exactly what this style needed to be fresh and master the palate. Reminds me of Avery 11. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cloudy medium yellow with a white head.
Lightly sweet dry finish. Some lemon, but it’s very light.
no real faults here, but lacks a lot of the character I look for in a Witbier.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tal at Bastie Boys. Pale gold pour white foamy head. Aroma of sweet malts, ginger, hint of cinnamon, and yeast. Has a nice spicy tingle from the Belgian yeast, loads of ginger, wheat, caramel, and sweet fruits. Has some subtle fall beer flavors that linger like cinnamon and nutmeg. Pretty good. A bit heavy on the ginger for me.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
7/3/13. 12oz bottle shared by nulledge. Almost clear orange pour with a small off-white head. Big spice, especially coriander, in the aroma, and plenty of lingering ginger. The flavor is much the same, too much spice and ginger, not much orange/citrus. Basically chicken soup with ginger. Meh.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a dark yellow or light orange depending on the light. Loads of bubbles here. Aroma is full on ginger. The taste starts with the ginger but you also get a bit of spice, clove I think and a bit of hefe notes. Maybe not a true wit but surprisingly good.

Not much of a head. Not much aroma. Heavy spiced flavor, and a thick, heavy palate . Not a fan.

Draught at Farmburger. Orange body. Slightly hoppy and yeasty. Light carbonation. A lingering sweetness. Not to style, but that’s fine.

Bottle. This is a light wit with more ginger than i anticipated. I am not a huge fan of big additive flavor - you might like this if you are.
