COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A bright, spicy Belgian-style wit. An effervescent, easy-drinking wheat beer, brewed with Belgian yeast, German hops, and a whisper of ginger from the Far East. This mustachio’d Belgian-style wit believes that good beer defies borders. The name Fu Manbrew was crowdsourced with some help from our friends at Scoutmob. They call the mustache a “Flavor Savor” for a reason.

Light orange pour with white head. Aroma of cinnamon, cardamom, and citrus. Flavor is more of the same, very spicy and yeasty

Little aroma that is light and sweet with candied ginger. Thin on the tongue. Over carbonated. Flavors of lemongrass , pilsner malt, and a small amount of candied ginger. Good lasting head. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy orange in the glass with a white head. Citrus and wheat/grain aroma. Smith mouthfeel with a pleasant citrus accent.

Draft in savannah. Aroma is very light in the coriander. Pours a very light yellow with little head. Taste is slightly citrusy and effervescent in carbonation. Easy drinking but lacks most witbier qualities. A light graininess in the malt taste but otherwise a little lacking.

Clear gold with a big white head. The aroma has sweet wheat with some ginger and spice. It has a light refreshing texture with average carbonation. The taste is sweet and smooth.

Perfect golden color, aroma of the older style German beers, love the flavor, although I am personally not a fan of the hints of ginger, but overall an excellent beer

12 oz bottle. It pours a pale golden color with a slight haze and small white head. It has the aroma of spices, wheat and a Belgian yeast aroma. It tastes like a really well brewed with with an exotic edge to it. I taste bread, wheat, ginger and spices. I really like the beers I’ve tried from this brewery but may be prejudice since I live in the area it was brewed.

Bottle. Pours a clear, light amber. Aroma is spicy, some pepper, hints of yeast and slight citrus. Taste is spicy, peppery, light, sweet malt profile. Dry finish. Palate is well carbonated, medium body. Not bad.

Aroma is spicy. Estery. Grape. Apple. Yeasty. Appearance is a more pale amber with very little head. Taste is light yet flavorful. Ginger is really perfectly balanced: enough so I can tell its there but complimentary to the spiciness. A spice note like it should be hot but isn’t. Medium body, spicy. Goes down easy. Not necessarily the best for the style but a really solid beer nonetheless. Easy to drink yet full of flavor.

I am admitted sucker for highly carbonated beers. Therefore, this brew was in my wheelhouse. Pours hazy yellow with nice white head. Scent is ginnger and indian spices. Flavor is lemony yet earthy with a ginger bite. Extraordinarily lively. Will try again. Bottle - GPCP Fundraiser
