Clear yellow body with a large white head that holds for a while. Aroma is strong banana, sugar. Taste is heavy sweet, mainly tastes like a sweetened banana juice. Would prefer it a bit less sweet and with a bit of a bite to counteract the sweetness. Light body, watery, carbonation is soft.

33 cl bottle (3,6%) @ home, BBE 12/2014
Aroma is actually rather...nice. Like an oversweet weizenbock with lots of banana esthers and sweet candy. Perhaps also some papery notes behind those. Flavour is rather...awful. Sweet fruit candy, some papery malt and sticky feeling that lingers after the sip. Not very beer-like, but not typical soda drink either. Quite close to some children’s oversweet artifically flavoured "lemonades".

Bottle from strait and narrow, Lincoln. Pale yellow ale with no head. Aroma is banana unsurprisingly. Taste is sweet and tangy. Mild carbonation, a bit watery. It’s a good banana flavour not too chemical.

Flaska smakad med rädsla från @thaalcoholic. Gul vätska med vitt skum. Doftar söt skumbanan, smakar sötare skumbanan. Euw!

0,33L bottle. Pours clear golden with white head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is full of banana. Flavor is very sweet, sticky, banana. Overall: feels like somewhat artificial very sweet banana lemonade.

In bottle (Brugges); great banana aroma. Pours a bright yellow color .. this one was very easy drinking, though a little artificial tasting. Overall a easy sipper, or a beer for someone who does not like beer generally

UPDATED: MAY 17, 2015 Banana beer following an African recipe - at least that is what is claimed on the label, but I think African banana beers are a very different story. Aroma and taste reveal some soft maltiness and yeastiness, but are otherwise totally dominated by a sickly sweet banana flavour. I do appreciate banana, but I’d rather have it in a subtle, estery way; this is way too sweet and artificial.
