Bottle sample at a beer festival in kibbutz Ma’abarot, May ’08. Clear golden with no head. Aroma of over-ripe banana. Sweet flavor of banana and lots of sugar. Some very faint acidity. Light-bodied. Not very pleasant.

Jul 8, 2008 Bottled 33cl. It pours a pale yellow beer with a nicely lasting white head. Lively carbonation. Extremely sweet taste. Cloying. Beautiful lacing. Slight yeasty finish. Almost undrinkable.

Jun 29, 2008 Bottle (330ml). Poured fizzy yellow with a good sized, frothy, white which was average lasting. Aroma was very artificial with no hops or malt present; banana custard, banana rice pudding and some banana cake (or bread). Flavor was somehow more artificial than the aroma resembling a banana smoothie made from banana syrup, banana yogurt and some honey. Sickly sweet. Light bodied with medium soft carbonation, a creamy mouthfeel, an odd syrupy/pulpy texture and a short finish. Not a beer.

Jun 25, 2008 330ml Bottle - Golden in colour with hints of yellow and no head. The smell is very sugary and sweet with banana featuring prominently. The taste is sickly sweet with banana dominating. A bit too sweet and does not taste much like beer to me. Would be quite refreshing if it was a soft drink. I llike bananas a lot and as another reviewed said, I have had good banana beers but this is a bit too commercial and sweet for my liking.

Pours golden with rather large bubbles surching upwards. A nice, small, frothy, white head. Horrid aroma of bubblegum bananas and sweet sugars. Thin feel. Flavour is equally horrid, lots of sweetness... yuck!
