330ml bottle. Brown murky color with tons of particulates floating throughout. Nice large head and lively but smooth mouthfeel. The aroma is pretty rugged, with an in-your-face sweet alcohol laced smell. The taste is a little devolved, despite being more than a year from expiration. Mellows considerably throughout the glass. Mild sweet nutty flavor with a nice fruity yeast taste. An exotic treat.

Jul 17, 2008 Bottle. Amber coloured, big white head. Sweet aroma, bit nutty, some banana and coconut. Rather sweet, but also some sourness, a bit fruity. A bit like a sweet tripel.

Pours hazy amber with a fine, creamy, off-white head. Good duration. Lots of rather large floaties. Mild aroma, rather sweet, some nuttiness and coconut. Fine, lightly creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is a bit sharp in alcohol, sweet, lightly roasted with clear yeast definition. Not excatly bad, just a bit too harsh.

Aroma of toasted malt, fruit, mild sour notes. Light bodied with an average carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour. Sweet fruity and nutty finishes.
