Jaune claire, effervescence moyenne, col blanc fin. Certes maltée, on goûte aussi un peu le riz et le maïs mais point de houblon. A vrai dire, c’est surtout la fadeur et l’ennui qui l’emportent haut la main!

33cl bottle from Appellation Wines (Comely Bank. Appearance - golden steady bubbles nice head. Nose - citrus and gentle honey. Taste - lemon maybe even lemon curd. Palate - it’s very sweet and therefore a bit sickly for a pilsner. Overall - looks good smells good but tastes a little sweet.

Aroma: Sweet malty, fruitiness, pils malt, light roastiness. Appearance: Clear golden, very thin, off-white head. A little bit of lacing. Taste: Medium bitterness, medium-strong maltiness, well balanced with a dry finish. Refreshing, crisp. Palate: Medium body, medium high carbonation, Overall: Highly enjoyable! I like this beer! 330 ml bottle, poured. Thanks Tanja

On tap @ beertown – pale straw color, clear, weak 1 figer cap does not last- overly carbonated, Almost no nose to it, flavor has some hop presense and a weird unbready malt discernment – fast clean uneventful finish, totally forgettable and not for regular folks. If you are so gluten-sick you have to drink this stuff , don’t go near beer and stick to scotch. Both ordering this and going to Beertown are both mistakes I won’t make again.

330 ml bottle, poured into a pilsner glass at home. ABV 5% Golden yellow colour on the body, crystal clear, with lots of activity in it. A bit more of a finger tall white head, soapy, collapsing quite fast but retaining a thin line of foam at the end. Interesting aroma with lots of malts and bread, but also kind of chocolate-y and vegetable like smell. Maybe the gluten free barley? Not much on the taste, quite a metallic flavour at first and then on the aftertaste comes the familiar gluten free taste, sorrt of medicinal, only quite faint thankfully. Thin body, light carbonation. Nice dryness on the palate. Overall, seeing on the label that it has won golden awards, I was expecting something much better, but even for the gluten free catecory is not that good.
