3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Not a bad pilsener, especially for being gluten free. Aroma is of grass and hay. Taste had light citrus, grass, and floral notes. Has a good body for a pilsener and just a little bitterness in the aftertaste. Still buy a bottle once in awhile.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle at the Brouwcafe, Scheveningen. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a broken white head. The aroma is malt light citrus. The flavour is medium bitter with a malt floral palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. Unlikely to be at CBC any time soon!

Flaske 0,33l fra Alko Muonio. Gyldengul. Høyt kritthvitt skum som varer en stund. Tett lacing. Grei ferskenaroma. Smaken er gress & frukt. Passet utmerket til mat. Overraskende bra.

Thanks to Finn for a 330ml bottle of this one. Crystal clear, pale golden body. Low white head, fragile lacing. Vague smell of pale malts and dry lemon. Lemony-accented taste mixed with grain. Harsh fruit bittersweet ending. Soft carbonated. Medium to thin bodied. Possible to drink with some refreshing impact to our food. (Shared with Frau Eva, Tromsø 20.04.2014).

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Just a boring pilsner. May be biological, organic and all that, but the taste is the most important and that’s just plain and boring.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Visual: Pours clear glowing golden orange-yellow, small lasting ultra foamy head, lots and lots of fast activity, a good layer of retention.
Nose: barley malts, with a touch of metallic apple. (lvl-3)-pungency
Attack: creamy crisp
Mid-palate: (lvl-4)-barley sweetness, (MAIN) grassy off-dry barley malts, bread-grainy, metallic
Finish: residual barley sweetness, super light hopped mild bitter finish.
Summary: Crisp and creamy smooth for a lager. But as with most of the limited lagers I’ve tried, this is a straightforward barley malt beverage without much depth or complexity.
