2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Goldgelb, verhaltene Schaumbildung. Das Aroma ist käsig und strohig. Unangenehmer süßer Geschmack, der diese typische Note glutenfreier Biere hat. Nicht gut.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
45ml sample at the Fredericton Craft Beer Festival. For a gluten free beer this was actually pretty drinkable. Still a bit of a weird taste up front but it finished with enough pilsnerish qualities that it was actually beer. Overall, not something I would get again, but it was the second best gluten free beer I've had so far and I didn't hate it.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
33cl. bottle. Clear golden with very small head. Nose : light aromas of lemon zest, some grains and bread. Sip ; fluffy texture , low density body, still some decent carbonation. It’s a dry pils with distinctive lemon zest bite. The aftertaste is medium bitter and dry. In fact the beer lacks complexity and it’s quite narrow. the malt taste is completely overpowered with soapy, chemical zest dryness. Last time I drink that although I add some extra points for this beer being fair trade, gluten free and bio in the same time.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Glutenvrij pils. Rijkelijke aroma. Redelijk zacht in de mond, echter met een te overheersende bitterheid.
