Bottle shared at 4:20, Rome, cheers Alex! Being the first mead I’ve ever had, I have little to compare this against and no real idea whether this is a good one or not. Anyway, who cares what anyone says about it but me? I’m the guy drinking it. Strong and sweet dusty aroma dominated by honey. Sweet honey flavour, some heather, touch of sourness. Surprisingly easy to drink once you work your way down the bottle. Nobody else seems to be drinking this so me being the graveyard of unwanted drinks,best finish this.

True falling over juice. Dark brown amber. Smell and taste of pure honey. Sweet. Smooth heavy body.Delicious!!!

Bottle at 4:20. Clear, light and bright gold. Light booze aroma, some fruits and honey. Sweet, but not the sweetest mead I’ve had - which is nice. Full bodied and warming. Sugar, honey and mild alcohol on the finish. Nice.

Golden with no head. Vineous fruity aroma with herbs and honey. Sweet floral honey flavour. Cloying sweetness.

Clear golden. Sweet aroma with floral notes. Flavour had honey, flowers and fruity notes. Finished sweet.

Bottle 75 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Clear deep golden. Very sweet honey in the nose. Very full body, sticky sweet honey with only a whiff of spices. A very sweet and solid Mead if a little unrefined and one-dimensional. 060610

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with no head. Aroma is citric and herbal honey. Sweet, floral, honey and pollen. Fruity and sweet citrusy. Sweet and honey floral finish.

Bottle at RBESG 2010, Rome. Clear amber - no head. High honey. Sharpness. Light flowery. Light tartness. Botterness. Nice.
