Leicht würziger, etwas kräuterartiger Antrunk. Wenig malzig werdend, weiter leicht würzig, wenig herber werdend und auch bleibend. Angenehm. Danke an den Doppelbock für das Bier. Test vom 27.4.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,8,9,9,10 - 9,15

Nate (4199) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 20, 2004
Big gaseous carbonic nose, brittle and astringent, rotten citrus and oxidized metal. Light-medium amber clear with thin foamy white lacing head. Heavy watery body with mild-medium carbonation. Starts with mild acidity, starchy, and very little sweetness. Has malt profile, but the hops is pretty stale tasting, like chewing on paper towels. Finish is cooked beans with mild hop bite. After is cereal-like with chalky feel. Mild sweetness lasts in the back of the throat.
