On tap at the Sail and Anchor finished in Oak. Pours a rich black with an off white fluffy head. Nose is full of sweet malts, dark fruit cake, brown sugar and molasses. Taste has so much sweetness backed by a sharp bitterness with the oak becoming evident as it smooths it out. Goes down too easily for such a big beer. The sweetness just balances out the 250 IBUs. Awesome beer
