COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly brewed for Inlet Brewing Co. (ex Jupiter Brewing Co.) by Orlando Brewing Co., now by Thomas Creek.

This unique copper-colored ale derives its fruity, slightly spicy aroma from authentic Belgian Abbey yeast. The subtle nutty and malty sweet flavors sing in harmony with the freshest organic hops vailable. Monk In the Trunk devotees are known to chant about its most intriguing quality, true drinkability.

Bottle at home while in Jacksonville. Pours dark Amber with a white head. Aroma is nutty toffee with a bit of lemon. Light body, full carbonation. Toffee, metal, light orange... Astringent and a bit chemically. Poor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

1/29/2015. From bottle. Light amber with a white head. Fruity and malty brew with hints of Belgian yeast. Nice earthy flavors, nothing fancy, but very enjoyable.

A dark amber color with a small head, nice caramel and bread flavors! , could mot taste the difference between this organic beer vs other ambers, but it is an okay beer

Mild aroma of malt and Belgian yeast. Copper colored, with a lasting small well laced white head. Creamy feel heavy carbonation with a sweet malt, Belgian yeast taste with a sweet finish.

Nice aroma, hints of apple and yest. Color is great, rich copper. Zero head or lacing. Taste is OK.. Easy to drink sort of a flat taste that I’m not in love with.. Spice notes, Apple, dark fruit. Don’t think I would buy it agen. But worth a shot.

Refreshing with a lingering after palate. Definitely a go to beer with meals. Seafood recommended, as it comes from a coastal town. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

TJ Tallahassee bottle. Typical clear amber pour with a small white head. Big aroma of sweeter caramel malt and dusty pecans (not a typo). Flavor is pretty bland, just some light sweetness and a hint of bitterness. Meh.
