COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Formerly brewed for Inlet Brewing Co. (ex Jupiter Brewing Co.) by Orlando Brewing Co., now by Thomas Creek.

This unique copper-colored ale derives its fruity, slightly spicy aroma from authentic Belgian Abbey yeast. The subtle nutty and malty sweet flavors sing in harmony with the freshest organic hops vailable. Monk In the Trunk devotees are known to chant about its most intriguing quality, true drinkability.

Bottle while in the Keys, pleasantly surprised by an organic Belgian amber. I had another.

Nice aroma, hints of apple and yest. Color is great, rich copper. Zero head or lacing. Taste is OK.. Easy to drink sort of a flat taste that Iím not in love with.. Spice notes, Apple, dark fruit. Donít think I would buy it agen. But worth a shot.

Refreshing with a lingering after palate. Definitely a go to beer with meals. Seafood recommended, as it comes from a coastal town. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

TJ Tallahassee bottle. Typical clear amber pour with a small white head. Big aroma of sweeter caramel malt and dusty pecans (not a typo). Flavor is pretty bland, just some light sweetness and a hint of bitterness. Meh.

Amber pour. Malty and sweet. Belgian flavors throughout, yeasty. Smooth and drinkable. Not overly complex with a consistant flavor.

Orange coloured brew. Small head. Malts and some spices. OK bitterness. A bit simple, not bad, but nothing interesting.

A dark amber color with a small head, nice caramel and bread flavors! , could mot taste the difference between this organic beer vs other ambers, but it is a very nice beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle poured into shaker pint. Crystal clear copper in color with a foamy white two-finger head that recedes to a thin cap. Aroma is of fruity yeast, caramel malt, bread, and grass. The taste is sweet with caramel, bread, apple, and biscuit. Only a slight bitter grass note comes through in the swallow. Medium-light body, thin texture, above average active carbonation, sweet finish.

From a bottle. Pours clear copper with a creamy white head and decent lacing. Tastes sweet, nutty, roasted, malty. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like musky, roasted grains.
