Cask at Blue Palm’s 4th Anniversary. Pours with a hazed deep brown hued body with a foamy tan head. Conditioning is a bit poor. Aromas are fruity, estery, molasses, maple, low roast, oaky, vanillin. Flavors are chalky and fruity with mild roasts. Lots of oak tannin. Dry. Low carbonation, full bodied and quite tannic.
